StratSkill is new, and we are taking on our first brokerages now. In an informal beta with one brokerage, the team received about 3–4 inquiries a week from people who said they found the firm through ChatGPT. That is one firm and an informal test. We have not yet confirmed how many of those inquiries became business, so we describe it as an early signal, not a result we can promise.

What is AI search, and why does it matter to a brokerage?
More people now ask an AI assistant instead of scrolling a list of links, for example "who is a good industrial broker in northwest Houston?". The answer usually names only a few firms, chosen from websites and other sources the assistant can read and trust. If your firm is not one of them, you are not in the conversation.
Is this the same as SEO?
It overlaps. Classic search engine optimization is part of the work, because AI assistants draw on search indexes such as Google and Bing. AI search also rewards clear pages that answer real questions, consistent facts about your firm across the web, and mentions on sources the assistants already trust.
Do you guarantee rankings or leads?
