- Your answers remain yours. We use them as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Your report is general business information, not professional advice. It is prepared with AI assistance and may contain errors. Decisions remain yours.
- The service is provided "as is," and our liability is limited to the extent the law permits. Texas law applies.
01About these terms
StratSkill is operated by StratSkill LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("StratSkill," "we," "us" and "our"). These terms apply when you use StratSkill. By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
02Who can use StratSkill
Access to StratSkill is by personal invitation only. The service is for business owners: adults who are acting on behalf of their business.
By using StratSkill, you confirm that you are authorized to speak for your business and to share information about it with us.
03Your account
Your invitation and your account are for you. Keep your sign-in details private and do not share them. If you think someone else has used your account, email info@stratskill.com.
04Acceptable use
When you use StratSkill, please do not:
- use the service for anything unlawful;
- try to access another person's or another business's account or information;
- interfere with the service, or try to get around its security;
- share information that you do not have the right to share; or
- share passwords, bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, health information or other people's sensitive personal details.
05Your answers
Your answers remain yours. You give StratSkill permission to use them as described in our Privacy Policy.
06Not professional advice
Your report and the content of your sessions are general business information. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, HR or other professional advice.
Sessions are run by an AI interviewer. Reports are drafted with AI and reviewed by the StratSkill team. Because they are prepared with AI assistance, they may contain errors.
Decisions about your business remain yours. Where a decision matters, check the facts and speak with a qualified professional.
07Service provided "as is"
StratSkill is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, about the service, your sessions or your report. That includes any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or without errors, or that following your report will produce any particular result.
08Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, StratSkill LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption, that arise from or relate to your use of the service, your sessions or your report.
Some laws do not allow certain limits on liability. In that case, these limits apply only to the extent the law permits.
09Suspending access
We may suspend your access if the service is misused or these terms are not followed.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
11Changes to these terms
If we make material changes to these terms, we will post the new version here with a new date and notify you by email.
